Community Guidelines

ArkriaCord Guidelines

Effective as of 21th August 2023

ArkriaCord strives to offer a welcoming and inclusive environment for all users. Our Community Guidelines are intended to provide a safe and courteous atmosphere in which everyone is free to express themselves and interact with others. By joining our community, you agree to follow these terms. 

1. Respectful Behaviour:

a. Treat all members of the community with dignity and kindness. Avoid any sort of harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination based on variables such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or handicap. 

b. Respect ArkriaCord as a company and all of its workers. Avoid actions or behaviours that may jeopardise the reputation, interests, or well-being of ArkriaCord, its workers, or its Partners. 

2. Be Inclusive:

a. Treat all members of the community with dignity and kindness. Avoid any sort of harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination based on variables such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or handicap. 

b. Recognise that not everyone will hold the same thoughts or attitudes. Participate in talks with an open mind and be prepared to explore other people's different points of view.

3. Content Guidelines: 

a. Make certain that the content you provide to ArkriaCord follows our guidelines:

• Bad Content: Do not distribute or upload explicit, offensive, or inappropriate information. 

• Copyright: Obey copyright rules and do not distribute copyrighted information without authorization.

• Spamming: Do not engage in spamming, phishing, doxing, or any other harmful activity.

• Personal Information: Avoid releasing personal information about yourself or others, as well as private chats, without approval. 

b. Understand that it is at the ArkriaCord's discretion to take appropriate actions on content or behaviours that may not be explicitly listed in these guidelines. 

4. Intellectual Property: 

a. Respect others' intellectual property rights. When sharding content on ArkriaCord, do not violate on copyright, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights. When sharing or utilising their work and content, give full acknowledgment to the original producers and seek the relevant rights.

b. Understand that unauthorised use of ArkriaCord's assets or material, including but not limited to logos, designs, visuals, or text, is strictly forbidden and may result in appropriate action. 

5. Be Supportive:

a. ArkriaCord is a place where individuals may help and encourage one another. Provide constructive comments, advise, and encouragement as needed. Contribute to the creation of a pleasant and supportive atmosphere in which everyone may grow and learn from one another. 

b. Understand that the moderators and administrators have the authority to enforce these standards and keep the community's climate good.

6. Reporting and Moderation:

a. If you come across any content or behaviours that violate these Community Guidelines, please report them to our community moderators and management. They will assess the material and take appropriate action, which may include deleting or regulating it, as well as giving warnings or temporary bans as needed. 

b. Inaccurate or misleading information provided when reporting or impersonating others, as well as purposefully publishing false or inaccurate information in the community, are strictly banned and might result with disciplinary action, including but not limited to removal from the community. 

7. Appeals Process:

a. If you feel that a moderator or supervisor's action against your account was unfair or unwarranted, you may file an appeal.

b. Appeals are selected for consideration for actions that have a long-term impact and were taken within the last six months.

c. Submitting an appeal does not ensure acceptance.  Employees at ArkriaCord will assess each appeal on an individual basis and take appropriate action depending on the facts and adherence to the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

8. Community Safety:

ArkriaCord and its workers are devoted to providing a safe and secure environment for its members. Engage in no activity that might endanger or damage the privacy or security of others. Report any suspicious or malicious activities to the ArkriaCord moderators and management, as well as the necessary third-party rules and guidelines team, as soon as possible. 

9. Compliance with Terms of Service:

Check that your actions and contributions to ArkriaCord are in accordance with our Terms of Service. Where appropriate, you must adhere to third-party Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the community as well as suspension from any future services. 

Remember that the ArkriaCord community values Creativity, Collaboration, and Mutual Respect. Everyone is welcome. Let us all work together to keep the environment friendly and good for all users. Please keep in mind that these Community Guidelines are subject to alteration and modification at the discretion of ArkriaCord. You are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the most recent version of the guidelines.
